Nicolas Pohler will compete in the Blancpain GT
Endurance Series with an Audi R8 LMS and
Nicolas Pohler will join Attempto Racing for the
Blancpain GT Endurance Series in 2018.
The German team will compete as an Audi Customer
Team for the first time this 2018 season and will enter
two Audi R8 LMS in the Pro-Class of the Blancpain GT
Endurance Cup and Blancpain GT Sprint Series. In the
Endurance Cup Series Nici will share car no. 55 with
Audi Sport driver Pierre Kaffer and Jeffrey Schmidt.

with this important step for our team. With the support
from Audi and Audi Sport drivers van der Linde and
Kaffer next to Attempto drivers we’ll have a very strong
line-up. I’m confident we can be competitive in what is by
far the strongest GT championship in the world.
I am also happy to have Nicolas in the team. He is a
very talented german race driver with a deep
background in GT3 racing in the Blancpain series, being
a Lamborghini Junior Driver for the last 2 years. Nici
brings all racing attributes to perform well and I’m
confident that he will have a successful year together
with his team mates.“

The Blancpain GT Series has started its season with the
official test days at circuit Paul Ricard. The first race of
the 5-round Endurance Series will be at the circuit of
Monza 20-22th of April. Afterwards the series will go to
Silverstone, Paul-Ricard, Spa-Francorchamps, Budapest
